Sent an email to Honestech describing this problem and they say check it out with Eas圜ap (Honestech software is bundled with the Eas圜ap) and they told me to contact Eas圜ap. The Eas圜ap usb video capture device is listed in Device Manager as working. I've tried both scart outs from the Manhattan, no difference. I connect with the Eas圜ap usb video capture device:- scart plug- red/white/yellow RCA plugs to RCA sockets and Eas圜ap USB unit. It doesn't recognize my Manhattan Plaza HDR S satellite receiver with pvr built-in. I cannot get this unit and software to work at all. I have tried to use the above unit and software to transfer VHS tapes to pc and on to DVD.
